We are based in Sale, Manchester in a beautiful office which we own, Sale is just 6 miles from Manchester City Centre.

The company founder, Nigel Morton started buying and renovating houses in France almost 10 years ago after buying an old barn in the Limousin region. 'business quickly snowballed and we couldn't keep up with the demand'. Investors wanted to buy, renovate and sell for a profit.

Nigel says...'we realised however that there was more profit and less hassle for the investor if they built a new house on a designated plot and sold it back to the French market'.

We moved away from the renovation side of the business and began to help clients do exactly this on 'loissment'. These are small estates that have 'building status'.

The business continues to grow and last year we brought over 100 plots to market. But that's not surprising as we have a super investment product that is very profitable and requires minimal input from you.
