If you buy a 'plot only' then as other house
are built around you, your plot will
increase in value. You can then choose when
to sell. This is a very simple method of
wealth creation and a well used method of
making money from land.

plot of prime building land in your area,
you may well think that whoever builds a
house on there would make some money...and
you'd probably be right.
That's because when you change the identity
of an investment you change it's inherent
value, i.e. what was once just a plot of
land is now a potential dream home to
someone.

busy so we have a menu driven system...
all
you have to do is choose a plot, choose a house from our
menu and we will do the rest.
Why
do this? Equity from Day 1. French industry
norms mean that you would have instant
equity of around 20% once your property
is complete. You can then choose to sell or
rent depending on your circumstances.
If you choose to rent it out (for even more
capital growth) then your first tenant is
placed in your property for you -
guaranteed.
You can
even finance your entire project with an 80%
French mortgage.
On each development we normally allow no
more than 30% of the site to go to
investors. This way it ensures that the
majority of the site is sold to the local
market which upholds the values. It also
ensures that you do not have a site full of
investors all wishing to exit at the same
time.
In an unreliable UK market and with
unpredictable 'new European
countries... France continues to provide a
solid home for your money.
